Updates

I have been trying to keep many of you updated through email and phone -- many of you are people I have met once or never met, so please pardon that I have very little idea who I have talked to or when. I feel like I've talked to someone named Heather quite a bit, but there's a lot of H's flying around (Heather, Holly, Hyatt, Heart, Hospital, etc), so i could be wrong.

But I'm pretty sure it was Heather I was talking to last night (or possibly a cousin named Anna? You two can fight for the quote later) who said something that stuck with me. I had just explained the heart enlargement, and she said "Well, we've all known for years that Hyatt's heart is twice as big as a normal person's!"

That's a really good point Heather (or Anna). I'm a little sketchy on my Dr. Seuss cartoon details, but it also strikes me that The Grinch's life was a lot better after his heart grew than before it grew. So, Hyatt, you've got that going for you. Actually you've got that going for all of us.
