Right after my last post, Ronnie called me and us and said Herman needs Troy at the hospital immediately. So again, off we went; unfortunately interrupting Troy putting Sidney down for bed. Hyatt had been clamping her mouth pretty hard and broke/loosened a tooth, causing some bleeding, and (rightly) scaring her father.
She's having some uncomfortable-looking moments with heavier breathing and body clenching, but unlike last night, her oxygen saturation levels are remaining high. It's tough to see her look so uncomfortable though. Troy and I kind of think most of her discomfort seems to happen when a lot of people are in the room, so we'll try to limit that to some extent tomorrow and see what happens. That's tough, because so many people want to come by and talk to their friend.
We just walked back in the house; Hyatt was looking mostly comfortable when we left. Troy has decided to sleep at home for the first night since this whole thing started, and Herman is sleeping in the room with his daughter for the night (makeshift bed of 4 chairs lined up).

Just wanted to let you out of towners know that our moms group is doing a Gift Card Drive. The cards will be used to pick up milk, bread, paper towels, diapers, etc. that the family needs as they run out of their current supplies. They let us know what they need each day and we go and pick it up for them.
We have had lots of people ask what they can do, since they live out of town.
So here are some suggestions:
Gift Cards to:
Safeway Gas
Costco
Target
Babies R Us
Toys R Us
Safeway
Harris Teeter
You can mail them to
Bristow Moms and Kids
12841 Braemar Village Plaza
Suite 118
Bristow, Va 20136
I collect the items from the mailbox and will use them for the items the family needs. Any remaining gift cards will go to the family.
Thank you and Please continue to pray as hard as you can for Hyatt and her family.

Gina,
Such a fantastic idea! Thank you so much for organizing this tremendous idea. With all the people staying at the Nolan home, I'm sure they are going to need some staples/supplies in addition to all the food you gals are providing. I have been sitting here in Pennsylvania feeling helpless knowing that I cannot help with meals or caring for the girls. I will get my Gift Card in today's mail! Your community is very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of women in BMAK!
We will be continuing to pray for Hyatt and her family.

Please give this information to anyone visiting Hyatt at the hospital. This is too wacky to go into on a blog (I don't even fully understand what God is using me for)but Hyatt has been communicating with me. Please look at her hands. She's giving you the hand signal for - I love you. The sign is with the thumb, index finger, and baby finger. She's giving it with both hands. Once you see this sign you may contact me by phone if you wish. I'm an old friend of Colleen Stombeck Nolan. 973-748-2226
Just wanted you to know that we are continuing to hope and pray as hard as we can.
Thanks again, Pete, for the continuing updates. I know that writing on a blog is probably not what you have energy for right now, but I really appreciate being able to read about what's happening.

We Love you All. God Bless You!
I go to church with Jason and Heidi VanVooren(old friends of Hyatt and Troy) in Indianapolis. Jason has requested prayers for Hyatt and the family. I've forwarded this request on to a lot of strong failthful prayer wariors across the country. I DO KNOW FOR A FACT THAT MIRACLES HAPPEN EVERY DAY! PLEASE DON'T GIVE UP AND TRY TO KEEP YOUR FAITH AND COURAGE UP.
You are not alone in this fight. He is with you always. Lean on Him.
I know it is exhausting to continue to do what you are doing. I just wanted you to know that you have a lot of people praying for Hyatt and all of the family during this horrible time. I also know that Hyatt and Troy are very lucky to have such great freinds and such a strong family to help supposrt them.

Just wanted to let you know Troy that I have been praying for you, Hyatt, and your children since the minute my parents gave me the news. You all have my thoughts, prayers and love. I live in Rhode Island, but if anyone reading this blog knows of anything I can do to be of some help, please let me know. emily.drosback@gmail.com

Bill Jones, from SPEA, one of Hyatt's former professors, has notified the SPEA Grad Program Office and Alumni Affairs Office, so word is circulating through those avenues as well. C'mon, Hyatt, get better!
From a friend of a friend of a friend...sending prayers for peace and miracles.
One minute you are worried about getting back from your lunch break on time, and the next you are reading this from a friend. I look at my children every single night and know the miracle and priveledge that I have in my life. God bless this family and Hyatt's 2 little babies. I am not so much the praying type, but I have said a few for you all today.
I dont personally know Hyatt but we have a mutal friend and I have been reading your posts and I am truly touched and Iam praying loud and hard for this wonderful mother, wife, daughter and friends return.
Hello. I don't know Hyatt, but from what I have read, it sounds as if she lives her life in a way that has surrounded her with great love and support at her time of greatest need. Hold on to each other and know that the thoughts and prayers of strangers are going out to your family tonight.
