Funeral Arrangements and Logistics

We will be posting information about the funeral, hotels, and other logistically helpful information in the coming days. To keep all of this information in a handy place, we have created a list of links on the right hand side of this page called Funeral Arrangements. Please feel to contact Allen (allenmurray (at) mac (dot) com) if you still have any questions.

Thank you for the overwhelming amount of Prayers, Love, and Support,
Allen

We were so sorry today to hear the news. We've been away, and haven't had internet access for about 8 days. You are all in our thoughts and prayers. sm

Just an FYI for anyone searching for hotels. The Courtyard Marriott listed by Allen is a very nice hotel. However so is the full service Marriott which is only a mile farther away and is $80 cheaper per night.

Just an FYI, take it for what its worth.

Troy,

Praying for you as you plan the celebration of Hyatt's amazing life. In the midst of what I am sure is a whirlwind of grief and details, please know that you are not alone.

Alan, Troy and the entire family:

I don't know any of you..I happened upon your tragic story about a month ago while searching the Preppy Girls site. This story struck me so that I would check in every few days to read the updates. I am so sad for you all, please know that people near and far, close and complete strangers are praying for you all.....

I am a mother of a 4 month old and a 4 year old....your story has given me a new outlook on life...I too and the one that thinks, this would never happen to me or any of my loved ones...it happens on the "news" please take good care...

God give you the strength you all need in this very trying time.

I am praying for you as you celebrate Hyatt's life while grieving the loss of her presence in your life. There are many unanswered questions but I know that God tells us He is near to the broken hearted. I have counted on that through many situations in my life and have found God to be faithful even though I did not understand. I'm counting on Him being near to you, Troy, and your girls and Hyatt's family and friends. He will be faithful through this hard thing. You are loved and prayed for and will continue to be unti...........

Troy and family-

I go to the same mass where Troy and Hyatt sing in the choir at St Marys. I will not be able to make it to tonight's viewing or the funeral. I did send a sympathy card along with flowers. I will keep your in my prayers. Hyatt was a wonderful person and I will miss her.

God Bless

Could anyone update for those of us who did not directly know Hyatt or her family? Alot of people have been praying for the family from a long distance without any connections. Still checking 3-4 times a day because this story touched our hearts and changed our lives. We love this family and deeply care. Many blessings-- please let us others know how we can be of help.

Dear Troy and Family
and
Hyatt's Family:

Even though we couldn't be with you today, you have been in our thoughts and prayers since we awoke this morning and since Hyatt was first hospitalized.

We can't begin to imagine what you and your family are going through, but we do know for certain, that our Heavenly Father will carry you through this very sad time.

We also know, that through your blog, you have inspired, encouraged and comforted those who needed it most. As we read through the comments of the many who were not aware of "When was the last time .....?" before they started reading your blogs, hopefully you will be encouraged by the impact you and Hyatt have had in their lives.

God bless you, Dear One, and know that you and your Girls are covered in prayer.

Love in Him,
Ron and Cheri Cooke
